Burbot, Cisco, Goldeye, Lake Sturgeon, Lake Trout, Lake Whitefish, Longnose Sucker, Mooneye, Northern Pike, Rainbow Trout, Sauger, Walleye, White Sucker and Yellow Perch can be found in Lake Diefenbaker. It was last stocked in 2013 with 750,000 Walleye Fry.
