Southern Fishing Zone
The Southern Fishing Zone contains most of the populated areas of Saskatchewan. Covering a whopping 75 million acres and containing 1,461 named lakes. Many of the most popular recreation lakes in the province are here in the south. Also, just because northern Saskatchewan is more popular with anglers from overseas and home to most of the fishing lodges, doesn't mean there aren't great fishing opportunities right here too!
