Walen Lake is a small (110 acre) lake located 42km E of La Ronge and 223km NNE of Prince Albert.

The lake is within Lac La Ronge Provincial Park.

Walen Lake was named after George Walen on 1957-11-07 as part of the GeoMemorial Commemorative Naming Program ran by the Sask Government.
