Mitten Lake
Mitten Lake is a pretty little lake is located just south of Narrow Hills Provincial Park not far from Zeden Lake. Access is from a sand road off of the Hanson Lake Road.
This looks like it would be a great spot for a quiet paddle or float very close to the Provincial Park.
There is a turn around with room for parking. A trail leads down from there to the lake. You could probably carry a canoe or kayak down but anything bigger might be difficult.
The SHOE Fire burned around the lake but the road was clear when I was there. Watch for falling trees if you're visiting the lake!
Yellow perch can be found in Mitten Lake.
