Gartner Lake is a medium sized (540 acre) lake located 158km N of La Loche and 428km N of Meadow Lake (City).

Gartner Lake was named after Michael Gartner on 1963-03-06 as part of the GeoMemorial Commemorative Naming Program ran by the Sask Government.
