The lake is in the northern fishing zone. Burbot, Lake Trout, Lake Whitefish, Northern Pike and Walleye can be found in Eastley Lake.
There are no parks or communities on the lake.
Eastley Lake was named after Frederick Charles Eastley on 1951-08-02 as part of the GeoMemorial Commemorative Naming Program ran by the Sask Government.
