Opal Lake is a very tiny (6 acre) stocked trout lake located 54km NE of Candle Lake (Village) and 123km NNE of Prince Albert. It was last stocked in 2022 with 1,500 Brown Trout Fingerlings.

The lake is within Narrow Hills Provincial Park.

The lake was officially named on 2022-11-21.
