The 2nd Annual Jan Lake Walleye & Northern Pike Fundraising Fishing Tournament begins June 30th and runs up to August 1st at 7pm. Visit the Jan Lake Playground page on Facebook for rules, info booklet and entry details. All funds raised in this tournament will be used to fund the installation of a brand new mini-golf feature at the new children's playground in the Jan Lake community! Entry fees are Adult $30 / Youth $10 (non-refundable). Registrations will be capped at 200, so purchase your entry today via e-transfer!

On July 11-th, 2026 Teams will line up to see who can be the first to cross the finish line at the “Echo Lake Plywood Regatta & Waterfest” Teams will build a boat from plywood and race along the mighty waters of Echo lake competing against other teams to see who can be the first to cross the finish line. While teams prepare for the Regatta-Race, visitors to the event can participate in a variety of activities that will be on site on shore and on the water. Nonprofit and community organizations, businesses as well as partner First Responders will have a variety of programs that are both informative and fun for all ages. Food concessions and vendors will be on-site, and our Master of Ceremonies will provide full coverage of the event and programs
