Alder Lake is a small lake located 17km NNW of Denare Beach and 22km W of Flin Flon. The lake has a surface area of 125 acres and is located at: 54.80288385065121,-102.17876052914244.

Tyrell Lake Recreation Site is 8.9km SSW, Amisk Lake Recreation Site is 21km NNW, Granite Lake Recreation Site is 24km ESE and Tyrrell Lake Recreation Site is 8.9km SSW of Alder Lake.
Alder Lake was named after William Latham Alder on 1952-02-06 as part of the GeoMemorial Commemorative Naming Program ran by the Sask Government.
