Stapleford Lake is a small (297 acre) lake located 45km NNE of La Ronge and 258km N of Prince Albert.

Stapleford Lake was named after Ernest Bunting Stapleford on 1960-01-21 as part of the GeoMemorial Commemorative Naming Program ran by the Sask Government.
