Shirley Lake

Shirley Lake is a small stocked lake in central Saskatchewan. It is located south of Dore Lake, about 88km ENE of Meadow Lake with access from Highway 924.

There is a provincial rec. site on the southern end of the lake with a parking lot and boat launch.

The lake is stocked yearly with rainbow trout and is open year round for fishing.

Previously held good population of large rainbows up to 12 lbs. Increased pressure in recent years has significantly reduced catch numbers and size. 3 day trip on 2025-05-17 yielded 0 caught and few marks on sonar. Good access with road in rebuilt in 2024. Launch is heavily rutted.
