Polishak Lake is a small lake located 47km N of La Ronge and 260km N of Prince Albert. The lake has a surface area of 203 acres and is located at: 55.536566236944964,-105.16924198392262.

Lac La Ronge Provincial Park is 31km NW and MacKay Lake Recreation Site is 19km WNW of Polishak Lake.
Polishak Lake was named after August John Polishak on 1960-01-21 as part of the GeoMemorial Commemorative Naming Program ran by the Sask Government.
