Miko Lake
Miko Lake is a small lake located 14km N of Chitek Lake (Village) and 54km ESE of Meadow Lake (City). The lake has a surface area of 191 acres and is located at: 53.88011305834704,-107.72184440476514.
The lake is in the southern fishing zone. Cisco, Lake Whitefish, Northern Pike, Walleye, White Sucker and Yellow Perch can be found in Miko Lake.
There are no parks or communities on the lake. Miko Lake is partially within Pelican Lake 191C (Reserve) and partially within Big River No. 555 (Rural Municipality).
Chitek Lake Recreation Site is 14km NNE, Bug Lake Recreation Site is 3.3km S, Island Lake Recreation Site is 11km S, Lac Eauclaire Recreation Site is 2.8km NW and Shell Lake Recreation Site is 9.6km NW of Miko Lake.
Miko Lake was named after Joseph Miko on 1956-10-04 as part of the GeoMemorial Commemorative Naming Program ran by the Sask Government.
