My husband and I went to try our luck here, as we had read from a few sources that the Reservoir was stocked annually. We arrived about 12:30pm and left about 4:45pm. Only a few nibbles the whole time we were there. We tried worms, minnows, foam bait, and even cheese slices rolled into a small ball. The Reservoir banks were quite steep in some places but the places that were closer to the water, you had to cast out further because of cattails and branches or weeds in the water.

A beautiful day at Kipling Reservoir, even though we catch anything.

Hi Raydeen. I've never been to Kipling Reservoir, and it's hard to find information from anyone else who has been online. There is a field road access at the north of the reservoir. I'm not sure if this is private land/access though.
