Jarvis Lake
Jarvis Lake is a medium sized lake located 27km ENE of Dorintosh and 38km NNE of Meadow Lake (City). The lake has a surface area of 1,375 acres and is located at: 54.450088,-108.2507.
The lake is in the central fishing zone. Cisco, Lake Whitefish, Longnose Sucker, Northern Pike, Walleye, White Sucker and Yellow Perch can be found in Jarvis Lake.
There are no parks or communities on the lake. Jarvis Lake is within Meadow Lake No. 588 (Rural Municipality).
Pagan Lake Recreation Site is 15km NNE, Meadow Lake Provincial Park is 45km E, Beaver/Cowan Rivers Recreation Site is 26km W and Beatty Lake Recreation Site is 25km WSW of Jarvis Lake.
Jarvis Lake was named after Ralph Hendy Jarvis on 1956-03-01 as part of the GeoMemorial Commemorative Naming Program ran by the Sask Government.
