Maligne Lake is a small (380 acre) lake located 41km WNW of Denare Beach and 256km NNE of Melfort. The lake is partially within Waskwaynikapik 228 (Reserve).
Leaf Rapids Recreation Site is adjacent to Maligne Lake.
The lake was officially named on 1963-12-19.
