Waters Lake is a medium sized (949 acre) lake located 80km N of La Ronge and 277km NE of Meadow Lake (City).

Waters Lake was named after Norman James Waters on 1951-07-05 as part of the GeoMemorial Commemorative Naming Program ran by the Sask Government.
