Telfer Lake is a small (105 acre) lake located 52km NE of La Ronge and 254km NNE of Prince Albert.

The lake is within Lac La Ronge Provincial Park.

Telfer Lake was named after Robert Lloyd Telfer on 1957-10-03 as part of the GeoMemorial Commemorative Naming Program ran by the Sask Government.
