Talman Lake is a small lake located 87km NE of La Ronge and 290km NNE of Prince Albert. The lake has a surface area of 207 acres and is located at: 55.707339306881536,-104.38222385080692.

McLennan Lake Recreation Site is 27km SSW, Lac La Ronge Provincial Park is 47km NNE, Devil Lake Recreation Site is 23km ENE and Dickens Lake Recreation Site is 18km ESE of Talman Lake.
Talman Lake was named after Richard Ellwood Talman on 1957-10-03 as part of the GeoMemorial Commemorative Naming Program ran by the Sask Government.
