Ministikwan Lake is a very large lake located 32km W of Loon Lake (Village) and 80km W of Meadow Lake (City). The lake has a surface area of 6,839 acres and is located at: 54.0191531279985,-109.65239643079417.

The lake is in the southern fishing zone. Burbot, Cisco, Lake Whitefish, Northern Pike, Walleye, White Sucker and Yellow Perch can be found in Ministikwan Lake.

There are no parks or communities on the lake. Ministikwan Lake is partially within Ministikwan 161 (Reserve) and partially within Loon Lake No. 561 (Rural Municipality).

Makwa Lake Provincial Park is 29km W, Steele Narrows Provincial Park is 22km W and Fowler Lake Recreation Site is 16km W of Ministikwan Lake.

The lake was officially named on 1945-07-28. The name Ministikwan Lake is of Cree origin.
