Leadley Lake is a small lake located 80km NW of Candle Lake (Village) and 129km N of Prince Albert. The lake has a surface area of 164 acres and is located at: 54.35139679380775,-106.06355633377254.

Leadley Lake was named after Henry Roy Leadley on 1957-09-05 as part of the GeoMemorial Commemorative Naming Program ran by the Sask Government.
