Hay Lake is a small (373 acre) lake located 54km NE of La Ronge and 255km NNE of Prince Albert.
The lake is within Lac La Ronge Provincial Park.
Hay Lake was named after Stanley Arthur Hay on 1957-10-03 as part of the GeoMemorial Commemorative Naming Program ran by the Sask Government.
