Otter Lake is a massive (15065 acre) lake located 67km NE of La Ronge and 272km NNE of Prince Albert. The lake is partially within Grandmother's Bay 219 (Reserve).

Lac La Ronge Provincial Park is adjacent to Otter Lake.

The lake was officially named on 1949-10-06.

One of my favourite places to visit. Lake is large and speckled with islands, with both waterfalls and rapids on the lake. because it is the churchill river there are several spots on what appears to be a flat lake with noticeable current on it. Highly recommend visiting and using Churchill River Canoe outfitters.
