Boire Lake is a small (458 acre) lake located 27km WNW of Green Lake (Village) and 40km NNE of Meadow Lake (City).
Boire Lake was named after Leo Albert Boire on 1956-03-01 as part of the GeoMemorial Commemorative Naming Program ran by the Sask Government.
