Bird Lake is a small (458 acre) lake located 333km N of Sandy Bay and 595km NNE of Meadow Lake (City).

Bird Lake was named after Thomas Vivian Bird on 1967-08-15 as part of the GeoMemorial Commemorative Naming Program ran by the Sask Government.
