Wormworth Lake is a medium sized (1108 acre) lake located 32km NW of Creighton and 34km NW of Flin Flon.

Wormworth Lake was named after Thomas Claude Wormworth on 1951-04-05 as part of the GeoMemorial Commemorative Naming Program ran by the Sask Government.
