BOB the Big Orange Bridge near Outlook, Saskatchewan

December definitely has been a review month with the busy season and crazy weather; I hope you're enjoying seeing the videos again. Lee is doing great, and I'm ready for new adventures in the new year, lets hope for better weather! This is a short distance outside of Outlook, we got to see "BOB", the Big Orange Bridge, which was constructed in 1936 and carried Highway 15 over the South Saskatchewan River. It was closed in 1998, and a new bridge was built adjacent to the existing bridge. The Big Orange Bridge was converted to a pedestrian bridge in 2012.
