Sholte Lake is a small (393 acre) lake located 140km N of La Loche and 408km N of Meadow Lake (City).

Sholte Lake was named after Gordon Edwin Sholte on 1954-05-06 as part of the GeoMemorial Commemorative Naming Program ran by the Sask Government.
