Secretan lake is a small lake located 456km N of Sandy Bay and 695km NNE of Meadow Lake (City). The lake has a surface area of 236 acres and is located at: 59.578036898440615,-102.8663525507735.

Secretan lake was named after Harold James Secretan on 2004-11-02 as part of the GeoMemorial Commemorative Naming Program ran by the Sask Government.
