Saskatoon Wildlife Federation Trout Pond Closed for the Season
The Saskatoon Wildlife Federation has announced on Facebook that the trout pond is now closed for the season.
The pond will re-open in May for the 2026-27 fishing season.
About the pond
The Saskatoon Wildlife Foundation Trout Pound is located on the NE side of Saskatoon just S of the intersection of McOrmond Dr. and Range Rd 3050.
Access to the pond is free for both members and non-members. Donations are accepted and help to keep the pond running! A valid fishing license is required to fish and catch and release is now mandatory on the pond. The pond was stocked with rainbow trout and brook trout in 2025.
