Matyas Lake is a small (361 acre) lake located 87km NE of Buffalo Narrows and 267km N of Meadow Lake (City).
Matyas Lake was named after Frank Edward Matyas on 1958-05-01 as part of the GeoMemorial Commemorative Naming Program ran by the Sask Government.
