Carol Lake is a medium sized (1699 acre) lake located 90km NNE of Buffalo Narrows and 274km N of Meadow Lake (City).

Carol Lake was named after Roy Frank Carol on 1953-06-04 as part of the GeoMemorial Commemorative Naming Program ran by the Sask Government.
