Lewis Lake is a medium sized (718 acre) lake located 115km NNE of La Ronge and 316km NE of Meadow Lake (City).

Lewis Lake was named after David Earl Kitchener Lewis on 1968-01-05 as part of the GeoMemorial Commemorative Naming Program ran by the Sask Government.
