Lac la Plonge

Lac la Plonge is a massive fishing and recreational lake in central Saskatchewan. It is located 20km E of Beauval with access from Highway 165.

The Resort Subdivision of Lac la Plonge, two resorts, and a campground are located on the north shore of the lake.

Lake Trout, Northern Pike, Yellow Perch, Walleye, Lake Whitefish, Burbot, White Sucker, Cisco and Longnose Sucker can be found in Lac la Plonge.

There are 3 features at Lac la Plonge named as part of the Geomemorial Naming Program. Weber Island for Fredrick Gustave Weber, Weber Bay for Wilfred Earl Weber and Wylie Creek for Charles Burton Wylie

Riviere la Plonge flows out the north-west end of the lake into the Beaver River at Beauval. The outflow is controlled by the Lac La Plonge Dam which is managed by the WSA.
