Kemp Lake is a medium sized (1416 acre) lake located 89km NE of La Ronge and 288km NNE of Prince Albert.

Kemp Lake was named after Dennis Stuart Kemp on 1968-09-24 as part of the GeoMemorial Commemorative Naming Program ran by the Sask Government.
