Hunter Lake is a tiny (13 acre) lake located 324km N of La Loche and 586km N of Meadow Lake (City).

Hunter Lake was named after William Langenbeck Hunter on 1964-02-18 as part of the GeoMemorial Commemorative Naming Program ran by the Sask Government.
