Hay Lake is a very tiny (10 acre) lake located 328km N of La Loche and 590km N of Meadow Lake (City).

Hay Lake was named after Glen James Hay on 1964-02-18 as part of the GeoMemorial Commemorative Naming Program ran by the Sask Government.
