Greff Lake is a medium sized (1857 acre) lake located 414km N of Sandy Bay and 680km NNE of Meadow Lake (City).
Greff Lake was named after Byron Garth Greff on 2015-02-25 as part of the GeoMemorial Commemorative Naming Program ran by the Sask Government.
