Cook Lake is a small (240 acre) lake located 413km N of Sandy Bay and 680km NNE of Meadow Lake (City).

Cook Lake was named after Benjamin Dean Cook on 2002-10-29 as part of the GeoMemorial Commemorative Naming Program ran by the Sask Government.
