Friesen Lake is a very small (63 acre) lake located 343km N of La Loche and 605km N of Meadow Lake (City).

Friesen Lake was named after Wilmer Jacob Friesen on 1958-06-05 as part of the GeoMemorial Commemorative Naming Program ran by the Sask Government.
