Fitzpatrick Lake is a medium sized (1280 acre) lake located 50km N of La Ronge and 260km NE of Meadow Lake (City).
Fitzpatrick Lake was named after James Mathew Earl Fitzpatrick on 1953-03-05 as part of the GeoMemorial Commemorative Naming Program ran by the Sask Government.
