Wildcat Hill Provincial Park is 18km WSW and Fir River Road Recreation Site is 8.7km NNW of Dagg Lake.
Dagg Lake was named after Archie Dagg on 1952-01-17 as part of the GeoMemorial Commemorative Naming Program ran by the Sask Government.
