Coupland Lake is a small (253 acre) lake located 32km NNW of Greig Lake (Village) and 72km NNW of Meadow Lake (City).
Coupland Lake was named after Thomas Keith Coupland on 1950-01-16 as part of the GeoMemorial Commemorative Naming Program ran by the Sask Government.
