Cheyney Lake is a small (198 acre) lake located 85km NE of La Ronge and 290km NNE of Prince Albert.

Cheyney Lake was named after Albert Jack Cheyney on 1957-10-03 as part of the GeoMemorial Commemorative Naming Program ran by the Sask Government.
