Brown Lake is a medium sized (1390 acre) lake located 199km NNE of Pinehouse and 384km NNE of Meadow Lake (City).

Brown Lake was named after Orlan Roderick Brown on 1964-02-27 as part of the GeoMemorial Commemorative Naming Program ran by the Sask Government.
