Broderick Reservoir
Broderick Reservoir is a medium sized reservoir in southern Saskatchewan. It's a popular destination for fishing. The reservoir is located 76km SSW of Saskatoon, and 11 KM SSE of Outlook.
Walleye, Northern Pike, Lake Whitefish, White Sucker and Yellow Perch can be found in Broderick Reservoir. Please note there are custom limits for many of the species found in the lake.
The reservoir was built in 1967 as part of the South Saskatchewan River Project. Broderick is the first reservoir in a series including: Brightwater Reservoir, Indi Lake, Blackstrap Lake, Bradwell Reservoir, Zelma Reservoir and Dellwood Reservoir.
There is a sign at the south boat launch saying no motors allowed. I haven't been able to find any reference to this rule in the Anglers Guide or the Federal Regulations.
The water in the reservoir is supplied by the M1 Canal from Lake Diefenbaker.
