Wood Lake is a small (265 acre) lake located 223km NNE of La Loche and 465km N of Meadow Lake (City).
Wood Lake was named after Hugh Raymond Wood on 2003-10-07 as part of the GeoMemorial Commemorative Naming Program ran by the Sask Government.
