Wiegand Lake is a medium sized (763 acre) lake located 15km WSW of La Loche and 272km NNW of Meadow Lake (City).
Wiegand Lake was named after Gottlieb Wiegand on 1959-10-01 as part of the GeoMemorial Commemorative Naming Program ran by the Sask Government.
