Fishing Crooked Lake Saskatchewan

This video we go 1.5 hours away from home. It was Ben's Grandma's Birthday today, she is gone now but not forgotten. . This video is dedicated to her. Ben switched back forth between English and German. Good practice. We went in hopes of Carp and ended with fun day of Walleye. This trip went flawlessly, something strange for us. Crooked Lake is part of a chain of lakes in the Qu'Appelle Valley. With multiple species to fish for. Pike, Walleye,Perch, Channel Catfish and Crap. Several others. We used Medium action rods with 8-10# test. Worms and Minnows were the bait of the day. Pickerel rigs were used and worked really well. A favorite for us. will be back soon.
