Near Katepwa Beach, Saskatchewan Qu'Appelle Valley

A relaxing video from May 10th! It was nice to see the progression of the leaves turning green and the Qu'appelle River flowing, and interesting to see from above how everything is connected throughout the Valley! The Qu'Appelle Valley, extends approximately 430 kms, or 270 miles. The Qu'Appelle Valley is home to a population of around 3,500 residents, with a potential to triple during peak tourism seasons due to seasonal residents and visitors. Key communities in the valley include the towns of Lumsden (population 1,824) and Fort Qu'Appelle (population 2,027). There are also two villages: Craven (population 214) and Tantallon (population 91).
This video is when we headed back home on the road that is near Katepwa Beach Golf Club. I flew my drone while Lee drove! Definitely a beautiful view with Katepwa Lake in the background! CAUTION: this video is very relaxing, may cause you to relax! Enjoy! Now to plan our next road trip.........
